This sparkling wine is obtained with the Charmat method. Straw yellow coloured, its fragrance is fruity, delicate and lightly aromatic. Its acidity is pleasant and its flavor is lively and piquant.

This wine is excellent as an aperitif, but it is good to accompany the entire meal and especially mixed fish-fry and fried vegetables.

Alzaia

A sparkling white wine made using the Charmat method, Alzaia comes from the correct, careful vinification of white grapes. A lively and fragrant perlage, with a fruity and gentle aroma that is vaguely aromatic.

Excellent as an aperitif, with cheese and fish-based appetizers, but also with porcini and chiodini mushrooms.

Regandino ® Frizzante

Regandino is a sparkling rosé wine, a blend obtained from multi-varietal red and white grapes. Bright pink in colour, it has a lively, floral scent.

It has a soft, captivating flavour and pairs very well with hors d’oeuvres, white meats and broth-based soups.

Serving temperature: 12 - 14 °C.
